Which Channel Should I Use?

Discord Ticket System (Free Tier & Paid)
All users can open a support ticket through the Daki Discord server at discord.gg/daki. Free Tier users should use the Discord ticket system as their primary support channel. How to open a Discord ticket:- Join the Discord server at discord.gg/daki.
- Navigate to the ticket channel.
- Follow the instructions to create a new ticket.
- Describe your issue clearly and include relevant details (server name, error messages, etc.).
Billing Panel Ticket System (Paid Users)
Paid customers also have access to a built-in ticket system in the Billing Panel at billing.daki.cc. This is the recommended route for billing and account-specific issues, as it gives staff direct access to your account details. Billing Panel tickets are best for:- Billing and payment questions
- Service lifecycle issues (suspension, renewal, cancellation)
- Service requests (VPS, dedicated server, custom plan)
- Any issue that requires staff access to your account
- Log in to billing.daki.cc.
- Navigate to Tickets.
- Click New Ticket and describe your issue clearly.
- The Daki team will respond in the ticket thread.
Discord Community
Beyond tickets, the Daki Discord is an active community where you can:- Ask general questions and get quick answers from staff and other users
- Follow

Service Status
Before opening a ticket for a suspected outage, check the status page: Status: status.daki.cc The status page shows the current health of all Daki services and recent uptime history. If there is an active incident, it will be listed there with updates.Contact Details
