Discord Ticket System (Free Tier & Paid)

All users can open a support ticket through the Daki Discord server at discord.gg/daki. Free Tier users should use the Discord ticket system as their primary support channel. How to open a Discord ticket:
  1. Join the Discord server at discord.gg/daki.
  2. Navigate to the ticket channel.
  3. Follow the instructions to create a new ticket.
  4. Describe your issue clearly and include relevant details (server name, error messages, etc.).

Billing Panel Ticket System (Paid Users)

Paid customers also have access to a built-in ticket system in the Billing Panel at billing.daki.cc. This is the recommended route for billing and account-specific issues, as it gives staff direct access to your account details. Billing Panel tickets are best for:
  • Billing and payment questions
  • Service lifecycle issues (suspension, renewal, cancellation)
  • Service requests (VPS, dedicated server, custom plan)
  • Any issue that requires staff access to your account
How to open a Billing Panel ticket:
  1. Log in to billing.daki.cc.
  2. Navigate to Tickets.
  3. Click New Ticket and describe your issue clearly.
  4. The Daki team will respond in the ticket thread.

Discord Community

Beyond tickets, the Daki Discord is an active community where you can:
  • Ask general questions and get quick answers from staff and other users
  • Follow #news for announcements and scheduled maintenance
  • Connect with other Daki users and share projects
Join: discord.gg/daki

Service Status

Before opening a ticket for a suspected outage, check the status page: Status: status.daki.cc The status page shows the current health of all Daki services and recent uptime history. If there is an active incident, it will be listed there with updates.
